Every individual almost during his whole life suffers from a minor toe, foot, or ankle injury that causes pain or swelling. In most cases, our body corrections do not cause problems, but it’s not surprising that symptoms develop from everyday wear and tear, overuse, or an injury.

Older Aged people are also at a greater risk for sprains and fractures because they suffer muscle mass issues and their bone weakens as they age. The aging factor may even lead to problems with vision and balance, which again increases their risk of injury.
